  Steve and Carole Ann are great people. The first time I went to Jingles, I was surf fishing for only the second time and under very windy conditions with strong rip currents. Steve recommended swapping my 3oz sinker for a 6oz. I took his advice and was rewarded with catching my first fish from the beach, a 24 inch striper on a day when most of the experts stayed home.
